When Jonathan Morgan was young, someone told him that an atomic bomb has a megaton of destructive energy, but that if you looked inside all of the atoms in a human body, each person has the power to do 33 megatons of good. The idea stuck: human power should be used to do much more good than bad.

Jonathan Morgan is an entrepreneur, technology evangelist and senior product and technology leader based in Cardiff, Wales.
Jonathan has founded, led and exited technology startups, served as CTO across multiple organisations, and held SVP Product and Technology responsibility for strategic product decisions across Object Matrix, Swarm and OpenEBS at Perifery/DataCore.
His work spans business planning, AI, technical leadership, product strategy, cloud services, object storage, media and entertainment workflows, and the practical leadership required to move from architecture choices to operating outcomes.
